the room was spacious, with a nice view of the pool area.

The service was inconsistent. sometimes, staff were attentive, but other times they seemed overwhelmed. it was difficult to get assistance with simple requests, and the response time was often slow. this inconsistency detracted from the overall experience. We had expected a higher level of service given the hotel's rating.
